Yes. ProductDB is shared across list2 workspaces. When a seller adds a new product, it starts private to their workspace. Before it becomes available to other users, list2 reviews, deduplicates and normalizes the record.
Do I need to create every product manually?
Usually not. ProductDB already contains over 18,000 product variants, so most refurbished electronics sellers can search for an existing product or variant, select it, and then add the item-specific details such as condition, purchase price, photos, files and notes.
