Core Subscription Terms

These terms explain how the paid Core subscription works when a customer signs up through Stripe Checkout.

1. Core plan

Core is the launch subscription for list2. It includes the workspace features presented on the public plans page and inside the app at the time of signup, including ProductDB-first inventory workflows, listing preparation, MagicList draft workflows, orders and finance visibility.

2. Billing provider

Payments are processed by Stripe. list2 does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may handle payment authentication, receipts, saved payment methods, failed payment handling and subscription renewal.

3. Renewal

Core renews automatically for each billing period until cancelled. The billing period, price, tax treatment and payment method are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and list2 may restrict paid workspace access until billing is resolved. You can update payment details through the billing portal or by contacting support.

5. Plan changes and future modules

Pro and optional modules may be added later. Features, module availability and pricing may change over time. If a price change affects an existing paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice where required and apply the change from a future billing period.

6. Taxes

Prices may be shown before tax unless Stripe Checkout states otherwise. Any applicable taxes, VAT or similar charges are calculated or displayed during checkout where configured.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal under the Cancellation Policy. Cancelling stops future renewal but normally does not create an automatic refund for time already paid.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, billing errors or confirmed service-access problems caused by list2 should be reported as soon as possible.
