For billing or cancellation, contact us from the account owner email where possible and include your workspace name.
For payment issues, include the account email, billing email, approximate payment time, Stripe receipt reference if available and a short description of the problem.
For privacy, data access, correction or deletion requests, use the subject line "Data request" and tell us which account or workspace the request relates to.
For eBay, Shopify or other integration issues, include the marketplace, workspace name, the connection status shown in list2 and any error message displayed.
