You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal where available inside list2 settings, or by contacting support@list2.co.uk from the account owner email. Include the workspace name and billing email.

This policy explains how a Core subscription can be cancelled and what happens after cancellation.
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal where available inside list2 settings, or by contacting support@list2.co.uk from the account owner email. Include the workspace name and billing email.
Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing at the next billing date. Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, paid access usually continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy.
If payment fails or a workspace remains unpaid, list2 may restrict paid features, keep the workspace in payment-required state or suspend access until billing is resolved.
After cancellation, you should export any business data you need while access remains available. We may retain workspace data for a reasonable period for security, legal, backup and account recovery purposes, then delete or anonymise it according to our Privacy Policy and operational retention processes.
A cancelled workspace may be reactivated by starting a new Core subscription, provided the workspace data is still available and the account is in good standing.
