1. Who these Terms are for
list2 is business software for resale, refurbishment and stock-handling teams. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are using list2 for business or trade purposes and that you have authority to accept these Terms for the workspace you create or manage.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for keeping login details secure, inviting the right users, removing users who should no longer have access and making sure information entered into your workspace is accurate and lawful.
- Do not share passwords or deliberately bypass access controls.
- Keep billing, contact and workspace ownership details accurate.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use list2 to break the law, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious content, scrape or attack the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the product, or use marketplace integrations in a way that breaches marketplace rules.
4. ProductDB
ProductDB is list2's shared, reviewed product database. Product records created in a workspace start private. list2 may review, deduplicate, normalise and convert suitable product or variant records into shared ProductDB records.
Do not enter confidential, customer-specific, private pricing, security credentials or personal data into ProductDB fields that are intended to describe reusable product information.
5. MagicList and generated content
MagicList can generate listing drafts from ProductDB data, inventory data, photos, notes, prompts and pricing settings. Generated drafts are for review. You are responsible for checking titles, descriptions, item specifics, condition notes, price, postage, legal disclosures and marketplace compliance before publishing.
6. Marketplace integrations
Marketplace integrations depend on third-party platforms such as eBay, Shopify or other connected services. Those platforms may change their APIs, policies, fees or availability. You remain responsible for complying with each marketplace's seller terms and for checking listings before they go live.
7. Billing
Paid access is provided through the Core subscription unless another written arrangement applies. Billing, subscription renewal, failed payments, cancellation and refund handling are explained in the Subscription Terms, Checkout Information, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep list2 reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, restrict or remove features where needed for security, reliability, marketplace compatibility, compliance or product development.
9. Intellectual property
list2, its software, design, workflows, ProductDB structure and MagicList systems belong to list2 or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own business data and content, subject to the rights needed for list2 to operate, secure and improve the service.
10. Liability
list2 is operational software, not accounting, tax, legal, marketplace or pricing advice. You are responsible for business decisions made using list2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, list2 is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, marketplace suspension, lost sales, loss of goodwill or loss caused by inaccurate information entered by users or returned by third-party platforms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a workspace breaches these Terms, creates security risk, fails to pay subscription fees or uses the service unlawfully. You may stop using list2 and cancel your paid subscription under the Cancellation Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
