Before checkout, you create a list2 account, verify your email and create or access a workspace. Unpaid Core workspaces may be shown a payment-required screen until checkout is completed.

This page explains what a customer should expect before, during and after paying for list2 Core through Stripe Checkout.
Before checkout, you create a list2 account, verify your email and create or access a workspace. Unpaid Core workspaces may be shown a payment-required screen until checkout is completed.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe shows the subscription price, billing interval, payment method options, authentication steps and any configured tax information before you confirm payment.
After successful payment, Stripe sends payment and subscription status back to list2. Once the webhook is processed, the workspace billing status is updated and paid app access is unlocked.
Stripe may email receipts or invoice information to the billing email used at checkout. Keep your billing email up to date so payment notices, failed payment alerts and receipts reach the right person.
list2 does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment method storage, authentication and card processing are handled by Stripe.
If checkout is interrupted, cancelled or paid access does not unlock after payment, log back into list2 and retry checkout from the payment-required page. If the issue continues, contact support@list2.co.uk with the account email and approximate payment time.
By starting a paid Core subscription, you agree to the Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
